Shangri-La Dubai

I chose this hotel for our team retreat as it offers open rooftop terraces with breathtaking skyline views, flooded with natural light meeting rooms, and two ballrooms. The indoor pool and terrace were a highlight, and the staff was amazing.

The one service I missed for my work was the unavailability of a fully equipped business center for our team meetings and presentations.

This hotel offers an exceptional experience, with luxurious and exclusive amenities that met all my needs. the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with a variety of treatments and a sauna available. the indoor swimming pool was great for a refreshing dip, while the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for lounging.

My only minor issue was the location of the room, which did not have a great view. the room advantages more than made up for it with exclusive facilities like a jacuzzi and private lounge access.

We were on our honeymoon and had a fantastic time at Shangri-La. The facilities, food, and staff were all amazing. The hotel made us feel so comfortable and the friendly service was top-notch. Our room had a breathtaking view, and the pool exceeded our expectations. The pool bar at night with shisha hookah and the Burj Khalifa view was extraordinary. We highly recommend Shangri-La as one of the best choices in Dubai!

I was amazed by the central location of this hotel, as everything in Dubai was just minutes away. The room I booked had a fine view of the Arabian Gulf and Burj Khalifa, making my stay even more nice. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. the hotel's amenities were great, including a swimming pool area that was perfect for relaxation. The breakfast at the main restaurant was really good, especially the eggs cooked by the talented Indian chef. The maintenance team was also commendable, ensuring that everything was convenient and modern. I would highly recommend this hotel for its inspiring atmosphere and convenient location.

The hotel was conveniently located near the metro station and many famous sightseeing spots such as beautiful malls. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, and the service was exceptional. The breakfast set the tone for a wonderful day, with many Chinese food options to choose from. The beautiful view of the city and Burj Khalifa from the room made it truly special.

Some of the facilities such as the swimming pool need to be consistently and well-maintained.

The hotel is currently undergoing construction work, which may cause noise disturbances during the day.

Our room had an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa and the service was perfect. The staff even surprised us with a champagne treat for our special occasion. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a tourist, I loved the spacious and clean rooms, the excellent breakfast buffet, and the convenient location near Dubai Mall and City Walk. The bed was very comfortable, and the view over Dubai was lovely. The staff were helpful and cheerful, despite their workload.

I felt really comfortable, nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also loved the cool pool area, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

One drawback was the location, as it was a bit far from downtown and the main attractions.

During my new year stay, I loved the really good service provided by the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and were great too ensure my comfort. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, with a really cozy bed, made my stay more fun. the location of the hotel was fantastic, offering great views of the city skyline and easy access to key attractions.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the price was on the higher side, which may not suit everyone's budget.

The rooftop terrace was an oasis amidst the city bustle. The view of the glistening Burj Khalifa towering over as I took a dip in the pool was surreal. It felt like a scene from a movie, and I couldn't believe I was actually there.

Modern decor, spacious room, and great amenities. Expresso machine missing but still fabulous. Excellent sense of service from the reception staff. Amazing pool with tasty food and drinks served till 10pm. Great breakfast with an option to be served at the table.

As a frequent business traveler to Dubai, I was impressed by the professionalism of the service at Shangri-La. The quick and efficient check-in at the Horizon Club, along with the option of an early check-in, made my stay hassle-free. The hotel staff, especially Yassar at the front door and Ayoub at the Horizon Club Lounge, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The beautifully decorated room, with a champagne treat for our wedding anniversary, and the stunning view of the Burj Khalifa added to our enjoyment. The spacious and clean rooms, top-notch facilities, and fast elevators were also major highlights.

Great location, perfect for sipping fancy tea or pre-dinner drinks while listening to live music. The Health Club has everything, except maybe a helicopter pad. Hidden gem with heart-shaped lakes and sculptures, ideal for heart-eyed Instagram pics. Lovely ambience, except when people wear PJs in the corridors.

Who needs modern-looking rooms when you can go back in time with old-school facades? Just kidding, a little modern touch wouldn't hurt.

The hotel's fourth-floor rooftop terrace is a fantastic family-friendly oasis, with palm trees, pools including a swim-up bar, a kids' pool, and a whirlpool. It artfully combines entertainment, including a cinema and play areas, providing a year-round calendar of events at the Coca-Cola Arena. The Vietnamese restaurants, Hanoi's Flavors and Hoi An's Catch, take your taste buds on a delightful tour of Vietnam.

In my wife's opinion, my children wished for a designated quiet time at the pool area for families with kids.

The staff guided me to the spot I needed, very helpful. Wi-Fi, 24-hour service, fitness studio, spa, business center. Perfect place for the New Year. I always choose it.
